The position supports a hybrid work arrangement, on-site four days a week with one remote day, and involves interaction with internal partners and external stakeholders to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience handling commercial property claims.
• Multi-line adjusters with related experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and maintain commercial property claims with medium to high exposure.
• Review coverage, including drafting Reservations of Rights and DISCLAIMERS.
• Secure and analyze information for investigations and develop resolution strategies.
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions or trials as necessary.
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements within prescribed limits.
• Provide guidance to less experienced adjusters and other staff as needed.
