Berkley One in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced General Adjuster (Property) to manage complex personal lines property claims for high-net-worth clients. You will analyze coverage, conduct on-site investigations, and resolve claims with timely, quality service.

The role requires travel within Texas and residence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will collaborate with agents, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and uphold Berkley One's client-focused standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property claims experience with high net worth focus.
• Knowledge of construction, estimating and Symbility preferred.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and CAT duty.
• Excellent empathy and advocacy for clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle first party property claims for high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze coverage, investigate on-site, reserve, and resolve claims.
• Develop detailed action plans and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain diary and document file activities per procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to insured, agents and others.
