Job summary

Tokio Marine Management seeks an experienced Property & Casualty underwriter to evaluate and price large accounts, develop special coverages, and support reinsurance transactions.

The role requires extensive underwriting experience in P&C, with CPCU or related designation preferred. The candidate will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and risk control.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of underwriting experience in property/casualty.
• CPCU or related designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and prices large risks and programs; determines risk acceptability.
• Prepares quotations and proposals for new and renewal business.
• Places and binds reinsurance as needed.
• Reviews profiles to ensure compliance with standards; provides guidance to staff.
• Communicates with management and other departments to coordinate work.
