Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of property/casualty claims and risk operations experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience; knowledge of insurance coverage, underwriting, claims, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the Property/Casualty Program and lead staff.
• Manage underwriting, claims administration, and risk management services for Members.
• Educate Members and maintain strong Member relations and retention strategies.
