Qualifications
- 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
- Strong technical expertise across commercial insurance lines and coverage forms.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial insurance placements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and placement of complex commercial insurance accounts across multiple lines.
- Develop and execute market strategies for renewals and new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, coverage terms, deductibles, and program structures with carriers.
- Analyze policies, endorsements, and manuscript language for coverage solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client strategy and retention.
- Prepare submissions, underwriting narratives, and exposure summaries.
