Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a commercial building portfolio, including operations, financial activities, and construction projects.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and tenant reconciliations for senior management review.
• Review contracts, invoices and rent schedules; ensure lease compliance and reporting."
