Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, direct, and evaluate the Assessment Services Unit (ASU) and Training and Certification Unit (TCU) through subordinate supervisors.
• Issue guidance on interpretation and application of property tax laws and rules governing appraisal practices and procedures.
• Develop training materials and conduct classes for state and county personnel in California.
