Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our finance and accounting team in New York. You will own day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties and lead close processes with leadership across departments.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses, while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties

What We're Looking For
