Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle property accounting for assigned portfolio.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee CAM, operating expense, and real estate tax reconciliations.
• Review lease abstracts and ensure accurate rent billing and revenue recognition.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
