Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with SOX, internal audit, or real estate taxes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close for corporate and property entities.
• Maintain GL, prepare journal entries, and review asset/liability accounts.
• Handle accounting for fixed assets, real estate taxes, and other assigned corporate areas.
