Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Property Accountant in Euless, TX, to oversee accounting for assigned properties and manage financial reporting. The role requires hands-on use of RealPage Financial Suite modules including GL, AP and Financial Reporting, along with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong property accounting experience and familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, and affordable housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with RealPage Financial Suite, including GL, AP and Financial Reporting modules.
• Strong property accounting background with oversight of assigned properties.
• Ability to perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for assigned properties, including income, expenses and GL activity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual property financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank, escrow and tenant ledgers for properties.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Housing leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.
