• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• MRI experience is a plus.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Maintain the financial statements for a portfolio of assets.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monthly variance analysis.
• Weekly cash management, including check runs and rent timing outreach.
• Monthly partnership distribution/cash call analysis.
• Monthly meetings with property managers to discuss financials.
