Anterra Management Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. You will support growth by managing property accounting workflows, monthly closes, and client deliverables alongside experienced leadership.

This hybrid role reports to the Director of Property Accounting and collaborates with the CFO and accounting colleagues. Located at our Dallas office, the position offers a path to advance within a fast‑growing multifamily platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of multifamily property accounting experience.
• Yardi Voyager experience is required.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple properties.
• Energetic and growth-minded, with pride in accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive property accounting workflows for a portfolio of multifamily assets.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliation and resolve variances.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager to process accounts, tenant ledgers, and owner distributions.
• Apply real estate accounting principles to monthly close cycles and variance analysis.
• Assist with due diligence during property transitions and new client onboarding.
• Prepare reports and analysis for internal leadership and external clients.
• Support other accounting responsibilities and special projects.
