Qualifications

• Direct Property or Project Accounting experience in commercial property management.
• Strong working knowledge of Yardi or similar industry-specific software.
• Experience with Avid Invoice and Avid Pay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all transactional accounting operations of assigned property.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare funding requests.
• Lead monthly and annual close out in collaboration with Property Management.

Skills

Property accounting experience

Knowledge of Yardi or similar software

Experience with Avid Invoice and Avid Pay

Strong time management skills

Ability to work independently
