Trinity Partners in Charlotte seeks an experienced Senior Property Accountant with commercial real estate accounting expertise to manage full-cycle accounting for assets on both cash and accrual bases. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with property management, ownership, and lenders.

Proficiency with Yardi is required; MRI or AvidXchange a plus.

Mansioni

Manage full-cycle property accounting for commercial real estate assets on cash and accrual basis.
Interpret ownership, lender, and third-party reporting requirements.
Prepare and maintain detailed reconciliations and ownership reporting workbooks.
Follow a structured month-end close process with deadlines, including reconciliations and general ledger entries.
Maintain oversight of bank balances, cash transactions, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly cash analyses based on ownership requirements.
Monitor vendor payments and investigate variances or payment issues.
Communicate with property management regarding tenant rent payments and accounts receivable.
Attend weekly team meetings and handle other duties as assigned.
