Job summary

3 Bridge Networks LLC in Seattle is seeking a strong property accountant to join its growing real estate portfolio. This role goes beyond traditional month-end tasks and offers exposure to development activity, acquisitions, and cross-functional collaboration with asset and operations teams.

You will manage full-cycle accounting for multiple properties, prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and support budgets, forecasts, and audits as the portfolio scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting.
• Strong month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and GL accounting.
• Experience handling multiple properties or entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting and property management systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Handle month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Review property-level operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variances.
• Partner with property management, asset management, development, and other teams.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and property transitions.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits and tax reporting.
• Help improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls as the organization scales.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities based on interest and experience.

This is a great opportunity for a strong property accountant who wants more than a traditional month-end role. You’ll work closely with accounting and business leadership, gain exposure across a growing portfolio, and support both existing assets and new development activity.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting and property management systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and an interest in working cross-functionally with both accounting and operational teams
