Kforce Inc in New York seeks a Senior Property Accountant to support non-recurring property transactions, review ledgers, post journal entries, and prepare monthly accruals and rent rolls.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years in real estate accounting, experience with Yardi and Excel, and a solid grasp of US GAAP, budgeting and forecasting. This role requires strong organization and cross-functional collaboration.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
