Job summary

Remote is seeking a Prompt Engineer based in Italy to manage end-to-end migration workflows for templates to LLM authorators. You will leverage internal tools to maximize model performance through prompt engineering techniques.

You will individually draft, test, and refine prompts, supervise automated prompt tools, and monitor evaluation metrics like F1 and recall to ensure high-quality outputs. Remote collaboration across teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Native Italian language required; fluent English.
• Based in Italy; remote work allowed.
• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in CS/DS/CL/HCI or related.
• 4+ years as Prompt Engineer; tuning LLMs for structured outputs.
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL or equivalent.
• Proactive with proprietary tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Use APG tools to create baseline prompts for complex template clusters.
• Oversee APO tool; review outputs and flag deadlocks/plateaus.
• Draft and refine prompts for complex templates and edge cases.
• Monitor shadowbot runs; ensure disagreements are tracked.
• Measure autorater accuracy against human baseline (F1/precision/recall).
• Draft Launch Certification Documentation for readiness.
