Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a Prompt Engineer in the United States to own end-to-end template migration for LLM autoraters. You will leverage internal APG/APO tools to maximize model performance and draft refined prompts for complex architectures.

The role requires 4+ years of Prompt Engineering experience, strong SQL/data analytics skills, and excellent communication. Based in the United States, this position emphasizes rigorous testing, leadership in launch readiness, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related analytical field.
• 4+ years’ experience as Prompt Engineer with LLM tuning for structured outputs.
• Experience with chain-of-thought and few-shot learning.
• Strong SQL or data analytics tool usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end migration workflow for templates to LLM autoraters.
• Utilize APG tools to create baseline prompts for template clusters.
• Run and supervise APO tool, flag deadlocks/plateaus.
• Monitor shadowbot runs and track disagreements.
• Measure autorater quality against gold data with F1, precision, recall.
