Logoslabs is seeking a Prompt Engineer to oversee end-to-end migration workflows for transitioning templates to LLM autoraters. You will leverage client tools to maximize model performance, draft prompts, and monitor automated evaluation cycles.

The role requires native Portuguese and fluent English, based in Portugal, with 4+ years of prompt engineering experience and strong data-analysis skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Must have 4+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer.
• Proven experience tuning LLMs for structured outputs.
• Familiarity with chain-of-thought and few-shot learning.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize APG tools to create baseline prompts for complex template clusters.
• Run and supervise APO tool and flag deadlocks or plateaus.
• Draft, test, and refine prompts for complex architectures and edge cases.
