We are seeking a Senior Promotions Manager who is positive, passionate, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office applications and managing retailer promotions with key accounts. This is a fully remote position, unless located in the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with account managers and retailers to plan, submit, and oversee promotional programs for our brands.
  • Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers, building strong relationships with brands and account managers to ensure alignment on promotional strategies.
  • Manage annual promotional planning collaboratively with brands, account managers, and retailers.
  • Improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and address concerns with the Green Spoon team.
  • Document and organize all vendor commitments for transparency and tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize company tools and resources for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing promotions or in a related field within the natural food industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines for high-profile retailers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency with promotional planning tools and systems.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of retailer pricing and discounts.
  • Experience in natural foods and grocery sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
