Job summary

Nike Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager to lead the development of Promo Track & Field apparel, from brief to delivery, collaborating with Design, Merchandising, Sports Marketing and Product Management.

You will connect elite and federation assets with Inline Running Apparel while guiding multi-season workstreams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in product-related roles, a passion for running, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, sales, retail, or another product-related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple streams of work across various seasons/timelines
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, a self-starter
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for Running/Track & Field and strong understanding of the sport landscape, athlete needs, and competition
• Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Miro
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal briefs and line plans that support Track & Field assets and deliver a connected assortment across elite and federation programs.
• Partner with Product Management, Sports Marketing, Design, Development, Merchandising, and Integration throughout the seasonal product creation process.
• Lead clear communication across the cross-functional product team and key stakeholders, building the relationships needed to move work forward.
• Manage athlete insight sessions, identify key takeaways and next steps, and bring those insights to the cross-functional team.
• Work with Sports Marketing to understand and address athlete needs across the business.
• Connect Promo Track & Field Apparel with Inline Running Apparel at retail while maintaining cohesion across the broader assortment.
• Track incoming product samples and drive on-time progress across briefs, design reviews, asset approvals, and Sports Marketing deliverables.
