Brinker International in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr. Projects Specialist – National Accounts, Finance to support planning, execution, and completion of projects within the National Accounts Team.

You will work with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to assist in contracts and stakeholder communications, offering growth opportunities in project management. This role emphasizes collaboration across Operations, Facilities, and Vendors to ensure timely delivery, accurate scope, and

Qualifications

• College degree or prior project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Restaurant Facilities, Operations Experience or Technical background a plus.
• Construction/Facilities/Operations background.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, tracking, and execution of projects.
• Track all projects in Smartsheet and automate communications with stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between Operations, Facilities and Vendors, monitoring relationships and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and monitor contracted objectives.
• Validate scope of work and bid out as necessary, including pricing comparisons.
• Prepare business case documentation to support scope changes.
• Coordinate schedules for assigned projects to ensure timely activity and efficient use of resources.
