RNInk's Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice seeks a qualified associate to join its New York or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid full-time basis.

The successful candidate will advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on complex project finance and infrastructure transactions in energy, natural resources, and private capital sectors. Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school, active NY or DC bar admission, and 2+ years of finance-related

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work.
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions preferred.
• Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings.
• Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex transactions; client-relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation
• Support transactions across the energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
• Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing
