Job summary

Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Surveyor licensed in Pennsylvania (PLS) to join our civil surveying team. You will perform boundary retracements, topographic surveys, land development tasks, and coordinate with field crews and project managers.

Responsibilities include deed plotting, attending municipal meetings, field verification, data transfer for stakeouts, and leveraging Carlson Survey CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidates with 10–15 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Survey.
• Professional Surveyor license (PLS) is required.
• 10–15 years of civil surveying experience.
• Experience in boundary retracements and subdivisions.
• Topographic surveys and land development experience.
• Carlson Survey CAD experience a plus.
• Carlson Survey data collection experience a plus.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide deed plotting review and boundary solve, review and stamp plans.
• Attend municipal meetings for subdivision and planning submittals.
• Perform field work and site visits for verification.
• Data translation/transfer and point generation for stakeouts.
• Learn LiDAR/point cloud data processing when needed.
• Carlson Survey CAD and standard drafting techniques used.
• Coordinate with your Project Manager to work with field crews and assist in proposals.
