Job summary

Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Surveyor licensed in Pennsylvania (PLS). The role spans office review and field work across all market sectors, including boundary work, topographic surveys, and land development.

You will perform deeds/lots boundary solves, attend municipal submittals, and support proposals. Required: BS in Civil Survey, PLS license, and 10–15 years in civil surveying with Carlson CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Survey required.
• Professional Surveyor license (PLS) required.
• 10–15 years of civil surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide deed plotting review and boundary solve, stamp plans.
• Attend municipal meetings for subdivisions & planning.
• Perform field work and site visits for verification.
• Data translation/transfer and stakeout point generation.
• Learn LiDAR/point cloud data processing as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and field crews on proposals.
