The ideal candidate holds a Professional Licensed Surveyor license, has a decade of industry experience with at least two years post-registration, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in surveying.
• 2+ years of experience after registration.
• Strong oral and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research, and project management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
• Use advanced equipment (total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data.
• Perform boundary survey calculations, data analysis, and final map checking; manage client relations.
