Qualifications

• 5+ years of office surveying experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or LSIT is highly desired.
• May require flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
• Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.
• Post-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, and laser scanners.

Skills

Proficient in CAD software, especially Autodesk Civil 3D

Deep understanding and experience of surveying principles

Construction staking experience

Experience processing laser scanning data

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
