Candidates must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in California with over 10 years of experience. The position offers an hourly rate of $50.00 - $65.00, performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across all phases of surveying, including public mapping.
• Strong understanding of public agency codes, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate projects involving a broad range of surveying and mapping assignments.
• Utilize various databases and systems to process and manage field data.
• Prepare technical mapping and final drawings for agency submittals and approvals.
• Research and analyze title reports and mapping records.
• Work closely with survey staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Train and mentor technical staff on survey procedures and workflows.
