Responsibilities include preparing construction staking calculations, creating mapping deliverables, and building 3D models. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in CAD software. The salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 annually, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of office surveying experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or LSIT is highly desired.
• Experience processing laser scanning data, including registration and 3D modeling is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
• Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Building 3D models of sites and structures for owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
