Job summary

MYCON is seeking a Project Superintendent in Nashville to lead on-site supervision of subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure schedules and budgets are met while coordinating with owners, architects, and suppliers.

The role requires at least five years of construction experience with a general contractor, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Procore and project documentation. You will mentor field teams and enforce quality control.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum five years of construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Strong ability to supervise employees and job activities.
• Intermediate understanding of computers.

Responsibilities

• Determine location of utilities and set up facilities.
• Review shop drawings for proper specifications.
• Manage project documents and daily reports in Procore.
• Plan and lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain rolling 3-week schedule and communicate with Project Manager and General Superintendent.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and maintain As-Built records weekly.
