Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $100+ million commercial/industrial construction project or multiple projects in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations.
• OSHA 30 certified.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Gilbane's trade contractors for high-quality work.
• Supervise and develop the project team.
• Monitor safety performance and verify compliance.
