Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead complex project and production schedules, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. You will report to the Scheduling Manager and operate in a hybrid environment from Cranberry, PA.

You will evaluate advanced schedule reports, identify risks, and drive improvements while mentoring other schedulers and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to optimize resources and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project scheduling or Project Controls experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of complex project and production schedules.
• Evaluate schedule reports for risks, impacts, and improvements.
• Apply scheduling expertise to resolve complex issues and support decision-making.
• Mentor schedulers and project team members; promote best practices.
• Coordinate scheduling with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and partners.
