Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States. The role will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules.

You will partner with construction, project controls, supply chain, and engineering teams to track progress, validate schedule performance, identify risks, and support schedule recovery.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of project scheduling experience on LNG, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule management best practices; Excel, ERP experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules from engineering through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and project execution workflows.
• Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Partner with construction, project controls, supply chain, and engineering teams to track progress, validate schedule performance, identify risks, and support schedule recovery efforts.
• Provide schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress reporting, and change impact assessments to support timely decision-making and successful project execution.
