Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting is seeking a detail-driven Scheduler to join our on-site team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, supporting a high-profile hyperscale data center project.

You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules throughout all construction phases, collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler, preferably in data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning and sequencing across trades.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with planning analytics tools as a plus.
• Experience managing baseline schedules, resource loading, and schedule performance indicators.
• Familiarity with project contracts (AIA, NEC) and their implications on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale data center construction using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to create realistic timelines.
• Analyze schedule impacts, forecast delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Track and report schedule progress against baseline, including earned value metrics.
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of design or construction changes.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, lookahead schedules, and executive summaries.
