Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two+ years planning and scheduling experience required.
• Understanding of schedule logic and best practices.
• Familiarity with automotive process installations preferred.
• Excellent MS Office and project management tool proficiency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor master and detail project schedules across domains.
• Report progress to the Contract Planning Coordinator / Project Managers.
• Produce management reports on project progress and status.
• Ensure proper schedule progress reporting in organizational tools.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation of progress.
• Update SAP schedules to support material procurement.
• Identify milestone dates and communicate to the team.
• Develop and confirm schedules with functional leads.
• Support internal project meetings.
• Interface with external schedulers to align projects.
• Assist in recovery plan planning and control.
• Monitor purchasing management tool to flag delays.
