Job summary

Dürr Systems LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex automotive programs from concept through successful launch. You will manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, and drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial automation, or related environment.
• Experience with General Assembly, final assembly, conveyance, End-of-Line or Fluid Fill systems.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and software concepts in automated manufacturing.
• Experience managing projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Willingness to travel ~20–30%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international automotive projects from launch to closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and financial performance to meet objectives.
• Serve as primary customer liaison and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and implement recovery plans.
• Monitor procurement and supplier activities to support timing and requirements.
• Lead project meetings and drive timely resolution of actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document changes to technical requirements, schedules, and costs.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with specifications and Dürr standards.
