Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Senior/Lead Project Scheduler to support the Clinch River Small Modular Reactor project. The role involves developing and maintaining EPC schedules and coordinating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience, or 12+ years with a high school diploma.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Must obtain site security badge for access to the work site.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent proposals and changing priorities.
• Experience identifying and analyzing issues and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Engineering, Procurement and Construction project schedules.
• Perform data analysis, identify problems, and provide resolution recommendations.
• Analyze schedule data and interface between disciplines or specialties.
• Develop project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures; suggest modifications.
• Ensure Earned Value Management System schedule data compliance.
• Obtain required schedule information from all disciplines/functions.
• Identify restraints and effects on the total project schedule.
• Coordinate with all departments to align on schedule needs.
• Integrate schedule activities across the project.
• Monitor and report critical path and schedule performance.
• Conduct schedule analysis to find problem areas and propose improvements.
• Lead development and review of schedule recovery plans when requested.
