Job summary

Capstone, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler for Capital Projects for Educational Facilities to support K-12 and higher education initiatives across the Los Angeles area.

You will develop and maintain schedules in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives, monitor progress, analyze schedule impacts, and prepare reports with recommendations for project teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience with educational, public-sector, or capital improvement projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule impacts, and identify risks.
• Prepare schedule reports and recommendations for project teams.
• Support planning, resource allocation, and project controls.
