Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a qualified Project Scheduler to manage WBS and schedules for a portfolio of first-of-their-kind systems at Wright Patterson AFB, within the Warfare Systems group. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and external partners, with a focus on proactive risk identification and rapid scheduling solutions.

The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary experts, ensuring accurate scoping, dependency capture, and clear communication

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience developing and managing schedules using Microsoft Project for complex projects.
• CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance with enhanced security checks.

Responsibilities

• Build WBS and project schedules based on SOW and stakeholder inputs.
• Proactively identify schedule opportunities and risks, along with potential mitigations.
• Assist program leadership in deconflicting personnel and facility resources between multiple projects.
• Schedule major meetings and test events based on project needs and key personnel availability.
• Create schedule summary visualizations and narratives to communicate schedule status to leadership and stakeholders.
