Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Schedule Manager to join our defense-focused team and help deliver mission-critical capabilities across Major Defense Acquisition Programs. You will develop and manage program schedules, coordinate with customers and Booz Allen staff, and ensure on-time delivery for space, ground, software, or hardware systems.

A Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in systems engineering or project management, and experience with scheduling tools are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management on Major Defense Acquisition Programs (space, ground, software, or hardware).
• 2+ years scheduling major defense programs, including integration, testing, and transition to operations.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as One Pager Pro, Milestones Pro, and MS Office tools (SharePoint, Project, Excel).
• Experience on DoW sustainment programs in scheduling or PM roles.
• Ability to document and integrate technical data describing systems and drivers to review schedules.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rapidly deploy schedules for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• Coordinate planning and development efforts with Booz Allen and client teams.
• Schedule across space, ground, software, or hardware systems to deter threats.
• Support on-time delivery of mission-critical capabilities for the DoD.
