Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Gathers progress data from project teams to monitor complex projects.
• Develop time-phased cost forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare Earned Value and performance reports for projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Evaluate resource needs and conduct schedule risk analysis.
