Indotronix Avani Group is seeking an experienced Scheduler to coordinate team activities and support Project Managers on major projects in the United States. You will develop and analyze complex scope-of-work schedules, baseline and update them, and maintain KPIs with minimal supervision.

You will lead schedule reviews, communicate status to stakeholders, and mentor junior schedulers. Some travel and potential site work may be required to support outages and project deliverables.

Formación

• Education in a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience in design, operations, planning, or project management.
• 5 years P6 Primavera CPM scheduling experience.
• Willing to travel and potentially relocate for projects.

Responsabilidades

• Define activities and durations to develop project plan milestones.
• Develop fully integrated schedules with resource loading.
• Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide schedule analysis updates and flag risks.
• Mentor junior schedulers and maintain KPIs.
• Interface with execution teams, contractors and clients.
