Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and oversee program schedules for construction projects in Los Angeles. You will analyze project drawings and ensure timely delivery through effective scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with educational facilities or public works projects. This position includes comprehensive health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction scheduling with an Owner or General Contractor.
• Experience on educational facilities or public works projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules for construction projects.
• Review and interpret detailed construction drawings to understand project scope.
• Conduct schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders.

In-depth understanding of cost engineering and scheduling theories

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Alternative: Bachelor's degree in any field with 2 years of construction scheduling experience
