You will align design phases with procurement and regulatory requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet key deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years in project scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project/Power BI, and strong analytical skills in P&IDs, Gantt charts, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in project scheduling for industrial construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of commissioning, qualification (C&Q), and validation processes.
• Strong analytical skills for P&IDs, Gantt charts, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for large-scale projects, including phases like mechanical completion, commissioning, and validation.
• Coordinate timelines with internal design-build teams and external stakeholders (contractors, vendors).
• Monitor progress using Primavera P6 or MS Project, adjusting schedules for scope changes, resource availability, or delays.
• Identify potential scheduling disruptions and recommend corrective measures to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, validation protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Create progress dashboards and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI) for project teams and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align priorities and communicate timeline adjustments.
• Maintain scheduling standards and templates for consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with cost controllers and risk managers to integrate financial and operational data.
