Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support our Raleigh, North Carolina team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining schedules, collaborating with project teams, and keeping milestones on track.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Engineering or Construction, 4+ years in construction scheduling, and experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• BS/MS in Engineering or Construction discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Construction industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, resource allocation and time management.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule impacts, delays, and potential risks
• Analyze project data and recommend solutions to mitigate schedule risks
• Generate schedule reports and provide project status updates to stakeholders
• Support resource planning and allocation efforts across multiple projects
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved
