Job summary

Kokosing seeks a Lead Project Scheduler to develop master schedules for pursuits and projects in heavy civil/industrial construction. You will support the PM team, manage schedules from summary to detailed activity, and coordinate with estimators, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong background in civil engineering or related fields, 8+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with estimators, project team members, subcontractors, engineers, clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules for projects ranging in size and complexity.
• Support project management team with scheduling input and value engineering ideas.
• Ensure schedules meet contract requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
• Collaborate with estimators, engineers, designers, and trade partners.
