Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks a diligent Lead Project Scheduler to support project pursuits and manage schedules from summary to detailed activity. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in project scheduling, with heavy civil/industrial construction, and proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities include developing master schedules, coordinating with estimators, clients, and subcontractors, performing TIA, and presenting schedules to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil/industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud and Primavera P6.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules from summary to detailed activity, independently or with a project team.
• Coordinate with estimators, project team, subcontractors, and clients to build schedules.
• Ensure schedules conform to contract requirements and specifications.
• Provide scheduling input, recommendations, and value engineering during meetings.
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
