Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Scheduling Manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project in Cincinnati, OH. This role will lead development and maintenance of baseline schedules, coordinate with project management, superintendents and subcontractors, and drive schedule-driven decision making.

Candidates should have civil engineering or construction management background, 6–10 years of scheduling experience, and Primavera P6 proficiency; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 6-10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera experience required (P6 preferred).
• Understand baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule and critical path.
• Claim experience and time impact analysis experience are required.
• Ability to multitask in large teams and solve complex problems.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule while coordinating with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule including resources, costs and critical path.
• Manages project controls, analyzes changes and presents to the project team.
• Analyzes schedule changes and their impact on cost and timeline with version control.
• Documents and reviews change orders and delays, communicating impact on timeline and cost.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
• Forecasts and manages the project budget relative to schedule.
• Tracks baselines, performs what-if scenarios and develops contingencies.
