The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western seeks a Scheduling Manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project in Cincinnati, OH. You will coordinate with project leadership to develop and maintain the baseline schedule and manage all scheduling controls.

This role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong multi-tasking, and the ability to analyze schedule changes, assess cost and timeline impacts, and present findings to the team. Some travel is expected.

Formación

• 6-10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Understand baseline, progress, recovered schedule, float, critical path, and constraints.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a baseline schedule with project management, superintendents, and subs.
• Uses scheduling software to load resources, costs, sequencing, and critical path.
• Manges project controls, risk analysis, and process improvements.
• Analyzes changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Documents change orders and delays and communicates impact.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares detailed reports.
• Forecasts budget vs. schedule and develops contingency plans.
